After 6 years I noticed the mounting hardware was beginning to rust. I went to Home Depot in Malabar and they said the contractor should have installed stainless steel hardware - they did not. I was advised to call the service support and after several calls and nearly 4-5 weeks a technician showed up to look at the problem. He agreed stainless hardware should have been installed, but he wasn't sure I would be covered by warranty because it expired after 5 years. I told him it would be a bonus if I was covered, but either way I needed someone to fix the problem. Another 4-5 weeks went by with no contact. I called several times and nothing. Finally, I went on the corporate website and complained. I got a call within 2 days and was assured the issue was going to be investigated. Three weeks have gone by and I've heard nothing. Now I went to configure the shutters for the storm and found about half the thumb screws on the alignment pins frozen and ended up breaking off even though I used WD40 and liquid wrench. I also found that the alignment holes on about 6 of the shutters were drilled so far off I couldn't set the pin and lock the shutters together. I'm done shopping at Home Depot period. I'm going to start going to Lowe's.

I have shopped at Home Depot.  I was there last in April 19, 2015.  They could give a discount on their charge card. 

The services went very well. The technician explained everything he was doing. He was very knowledgeable. I would call them back again.

Everything turned out very well.  We bought a great unit for a good price since it was on sale, the sales staff and delivery men were all friendly and professional, and they actually were able to deliver the unit ahead of schedule which was great.  Furthermore, they called ahead of their early arrival which we appreciated.

We are not pleased with them. The biggest problem is that I can't find anyone on the floor to help me.

Process went very well. It however did take a few weeks to get a install date. Price was comparable to other estimates. Installation was done by crews from Tampa and Orlando. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

The sliding door still does not work after one year. The sliding doors make a wretched sound every time open and close it. The doors are top of line, but the installation was shoddy. The inspectors told us that they did not install it according the county codes. The management and their customer service stinks. The front door's paint is starting to peel and the trim is chipping off as well. The security door is starting to chip and the handle is starting to rust. Terrible experience.
