Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
Installed new lanai panels. The roof started leaking as soon as it started raining. They blamed house roof but they were responsible for removing and replacing 2 rows of shingles and installing new wood/fascia. It leaked for about 2 months before I installed my solar. I was tired of their excuses so i installed the solar. They just stop coming. They blamed everything but themselves.

I had some shingles go missing off my roof as well as some attic vents that decided to start leaking. I called Brandon at HRC and they were over the next day to look at my issue. I have to say they did an outstanding job and I would recommend them to anyone living in the Space coast area for sure!

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
Brandon & Joey did a great job of coordinating this project in the midst of a home sale to ensure we could get to the closing table on time. The roof was far more damaged than we had anticipated, but they were still able to get the job done on time, despite the added work. The roof passed the buyer's home inspection as well as city inspection with no issues. The new owner will have years of enjoyment before they have to worry about replacing a roof. Received estimate. Work was done and photos taken. Brandon very responsive to emails and calls. Brandon was very professional and understanding of our requirements. Roof passed inspection and we wired money to close transaction. No-nonsense contractor who did the work correct the first time. Would use again.

Job well done only comment I have is that he will come in with a high estimate of cost and when asked to match any other competitor he will but once the job is started he will find the way to reach his original estimate.

Brandon had a genuine interest in making sure I was given options to save money and also use the best materials for me to be confident that my new roof would last a long time. Brandon and his team went the extra mile to complete the project. The insurance company forced us to install a new roof because of its age. All Coast worked everyday including Saturday and Sunday so that our insurance would not be dropped. From securing the permits to sweeping the yard with magnets All Coast did an excellent job. Highly recommend them

A little behind on repair because they found bad wood and had to replace sections and did a great job.I would have not realized it if they had covered it over. Thank you for the the added effort keeping degree out of the water. Great job!!!!
