Sod is very lumoy and isn't growing uniformly. Two months into the solution to fix, still no change or improvement in level.

Global Greenz installation of the sod was done in speed and haste. The yard is uneven and cannot be used for anything. Multiple exchanges with them have resulted in them first committing to replacing the sod but ended with them breaking their commitment. The yard is completely unusable and looks absolutely horrible due to divots and inconsistent surface.

Service Provider Response

As we are still in correspondence to resolve the issues with our limited involvement with the project. we have brought in experts in the field of growing sod, and their determination is poor maintenance practices( which was determined by the sod farms manager) . We only provided the installation. We did not grade the lot, nor irrigate or landscape the lot. The job was done at speed due to the last minute awareness due to a change over in project managers. It had to be done to receive the CO of the home. We were notified of the job and given a short window of completion. We completed the job within the same week. We were offering free maintenance to the home owner including fert pest, as well as mowing to get the lawn back in shape. It has also been brought to our attention the sod was not cut in a uniformed fashion. we are working with the sod farm as well. Grass is still alive and green. As documented in the above complaint.... uneven surfaces... this would be a grading issue, or possibly the sod was not cut right. since we are neither contractor we are doing our best to resolve the matter

They supplied very nice plant materials, all were larger than specified. Landscaping installation was done quickly and to specification. The irrigation system could have been installed better; mainly a few more zones, and proper pipe depth which has been an issue. They sent repair crews out whenever we had a problem in a timely manor.

My overall experience with Global Greenz was very good. The work was done correctly and Global Greenz prices are great!

Global Greenz is beyond the best landscaping company. The owner Andrew Pappas is professional, honest and fair with his prices. His employees were very hard workers and did the job the right way. His company did the landscaping at my residential home and i was more than happy with the quality of work that was done. I would recommend Global Greenz to any residential and commerical business. Global Greenz does a lot of work more for commerical than residential. If you have a business or a large office that has areas that need landscaping i would call Global Greenz.
