They showed up late. They leave early because they said there is another service that they need to do. And they overcharge me.

Great experience. Everyone I came into contact with from Sebastian Moving was very professional. I had a question during the move (on a Saturday), and the company put me in direct contact with the owner Jamin. Moving is very stressful, but they made it super easy. Highly recommend.

It went spectacularly well! Marcus and Josh were right on time. We went over what needed to be moved and how to get it from the apartment to the truck, Everything was wrapped and blanketed and secured. Their efficiency on organizing the furniture out of the apartment, to the elevator - staging it to save time - was so professional. Furniture arrived from Melbourne to Ponte Vedra as scheduled, offloaded to the house for storage. Everything arrived in the same condition as it left! They are my heroes!! Without a doubt I'd give them five stars. Gabriel, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He called me regarding my inquiry, we discussed estimates and what was needed, he followed up the next day to ask for my business and he got it! I called one time before the move to review the estimate again and understood the process. And I paid what I expected. First class all around!
