Evarts Flooring

A crew of 3 people came on the day and time specified and reviewed the work to be done with us. They were clean and professional and began the tile and carpet removal immediately. The original schedule allowed for 2 days of removal, but they were able to complete it in a day. They cleaned up all debris before they left the first day. On the second day, they were here at the time they said they would be and began the installation of the wood floor. One of the installers spent a considerable amount of time integrating the new wood with the existing wood floor. Once that was complete, he joined the other installer in completing other areas of the floor. A third person kept the two installers furnished with new wood and also provided them with cut pieces. After the second day, they were about half done with the installation. Once again they cleaned everything up before they left for the day. On the third day, they were able to complete the job that was originally scheduled for another day. The installation looks great. You can not tell where the original wood floor stops and the new floor begins. All the transitions between the new wood floor and existing tile and carpeting were done very well (we chose not to have moldings between flooring types, and again, there was a charge for this service, but it was less than the cost of the moldings). We are very pleased with the results and we will have them do our carpeting when we are ready for that upgrade.
