Eureka! Plumbing, LLC, is a family-owned and operated business meeting the service plumbing needs of residential and commercial customers in Brevard County. Owner Sean Boates is a fourth-generation master plumber with over fifteen years' experience. Sean and his Eureka! team want the opportunity to provide you with the customer service you are looking for--friendly, efficient, and informative. Christopher Boates, the oldest of Sean's sons, is a licensed journeyman plumber. He is a fifth generation plumber and spent four years apprenticing under Sean. Corey Boates, the younger son is also a licensed journeyman plumber. He too, spent the past four years apprenticing under his father. Sean Boates' license number is RF11067438 and is certified through the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. He is Green Plumber Certified and Blackflow Certified. Eureka! Plumbing, LLC, provides free estimates and senior discounts. We do not give pricing over the phone as our service techs like to assess each job on an individual basis. However, prices will be provided up front and before any work begins. Eureka! Plumbing employees take great pride in their craftsmanship and strive to provide their customers with quality products and quality service. We follow trade trends and offer our customers the most up to date technology available in the plumbing world. These guys are fabulous! We just bought a fancy custom home that had been suffering from some serious longtime neglect. There are many older, high-end (aka, nobody knows how to deal with) plumbing features as well as commercial water heaters. Eureka was the 4th plumbing company we had out in the last month, and by far they were the most knowledgeable. Corey took everything in stride and seemed to have an instinctive grasp on how everything worked. Their prices were great, the customer service was stellar, and having a plumber who can handle the "unique" is pricelss!

Sean(owner)was great, he called and offered to come by even though it was after hours. Very responsive and did not take long to get everything in proper working order. Was very helpful letting us know exactly what the problem was and how to prevent it from happening again. My initial hesitation in having him coming after hours was all price driven when in fact the actual price charged was less than half of prices quoted from other plumbers coming out at a "normal" time. I would highly recommend using them for anything you have pluming related! They did a great job at night , in the dark(with a flashlight) and cleaned up after themselves. Very trust worthy!!!

Corey was prompt and very educational. He had several suggestions that will help prolong the life of the water heater. They use Rheem water heaters which have a very good review and a very low out of the box failure rate unlike some other brands still sold and used today. His suggestions are very do-able even to a novice home owner. The original water heater was different in size and did not have certain extras that are required today, Corey made all of the necessary adjustments and it was installed in 2.5 hrs. Everything was cleaned up and the old water heater was taken away. I will definitely hire them again.

Sean came the same day that we called him.  Our shower head broke off into the wall. We thought we were going to have to cut dry wall to repair the issue but Sean was able to repair it through the hole.  Great work at a reasonable price.

On a Sunday Sean Boates (owner) arrived at my house and quickly identified / confirmed a hot water slab leak under my dining room. He offered the option to repair the leak by jack hammering into my foundation and repairing the copper line (which would have created a huge mess and also required me to replace the hardwood flooring). He also suggested a less intrusive option of rerouting the water line through the attic and capping off the copper pipe which appeared corroded. He offered a fair price for a day's work for either option. I opted for rerouting.
The following day (Monday) Sean and his two sons arrived on time and methodically / diligemtly completed the repair. Sean and his sons were easy to communicate with as they took the time to answer any question I had about the process. It was clear to me that they take pride in their work and used quality material and plumbing best practices. I will hire Eureka Plumbing for any future issues I encounter.

Very responsive and friendly. Snaked out drains from the roof and made a quick trip to Lowe's when he found he didn't have the right faucet to replace the bad one in my tub. Quality work very fast. I'll be calling them for all my plumbing needs.

Was first asked to make estimate on sink repair - made recommendation to have sink fixed by granite specialists. During the course of the granite specialists repairing sink eureka was called to replace four water valves under sink. They were able to come at short notice to take care of the problem. I would use them again.
