Pretty expensive call for service rendered but I have only myself to blame!

I called first thing Saturday morning and he was out to my rental property within an hour! On a Saturday...! Replaced the old water heater with a new Rheem Professional that he had on his truck. Did an expert job and resolved problems with the old plumbing that I wouldn't have known to do if I'd tried to do it myself. He was done in a couple of hours and I'd have spent all day trying to do it myself. Good decision! I'll use them again.

Fairly well. Plumber said problem might come back. Not sure what caused problem.

the plumber was fast efficient and a lot of fun to talk to. he corrected all the deficiencies we had and made a few recommendations to eliminate future problems.

We called on a Saturday afternoon, they were willing to come out ASAP. We requested a Monday apps. They showed up on time. David did the work, and he was great. He did a good job, talked to us and answered our questions. We were very happy with his work. He was done in under two hours.

I would not recommend them. She needed to change her homepage as she had a quote from the bible there. They have been around a longtime and I would not trust them at all.
My experience was not good. I was unhappy with their service. They were not prompt. They did not turn up when expected. When he did come, all he wanted to do was talk about himself. The guy that came the next day. He was tough.

The technician was prompt, professional, and courteous. The work was done efficiently and done in a neat clean manner. I am very pleased.

No estimate was given or asked for prior to work. Job was completed 35 minutes. Co. add in yellow pages indicated Senior dicount. No discount was offered until I asked. ($10.00).

Made emergency call @ 12.10 pm, Dec. 22nd phone was answered on the second ring.
Was told they had a service tech in the area at this time and I would be his next call.
90 minuets later he was @ my door. One hour later my issues were history.
All parts needed --in stock on the truck. Tech was a nice guy, polite and courteous.
When I need a plumber, I will call East Coast Plumbing.
Highly recommended.

I found them in the yellow pages. I like what they said at the end. I had another plumbing company out who said that they needed to rip up my entire floor because I had a plumbing issue and that there were cracks in the pipe that was underneath. I called East Coast Plumbing Company Incorporated. They ran a camera through and actually showed me the pictures. There were no cracks. The other plumber did not show me any pictures and told me that they could not. They checked everything and checked my plumbing system. They told me ahead of the time how much it would cost which the other plumber did not. They told me that I was using too high of a toilet paper spike. The other plumber had been coming out every single month charging me $85 to unclog it. I went with East Coast Plumbing Company Incorporated and I have not had one problem since changing it like they said. So, I am the biggest advocator of them as they were completely honest. They are the only ones that I would recommend. The other plumber advised that he would rip up the floor and that he had contractors. He said that he would bill my insurance company $10000, charge me $6000 and I could keep $4000. I knew then that it was the biggest red flag to not go with them.

It was a Sunday evening at 9:00 pm when my 95-yr. old mom, who has dementia, apparently flushed something unusual down the toilet. We were leaving the next morning, so it was an emergency situation, and I was not able to get the toilet unstopped. I called East Coast Plumbing, and they sent someone right out at 9:30 pm on that Sunday night to auger the toilet. Thank Heaven Brent was able to successfully clear the line. He had to auger twice to do so, but it worked! Brent was very professional, answered my questions, and was careful to keep water and overflow in check. Anyone who comes out at 9:30 pm on a Sunday night with a smile on his face to unstop a toilet after working all day deserves an A+ in my books!
