Pool and Spa Servicing
Pool design and sales person was personable and customer service oriented. Visited a few of the previous customers chosen by the sales person. All provided positive feedback and satisfaction with company. Company started the pool build as scheduled and all was going well until we made the third payment according to the payment schedule, which totaled %95 of the build cost. After several weeks of trying to contact the manager via telephone with no success we visited the office in Palm Bay. We asked when they were going to finish the pool and they told us we would be swimming the next week. Next week came and no one showed up to finish the pool. We visited the manager at the office again and he informed us they did not have the funds to finish the pool which we had already paid them for. The interior of the pool is unfinished and none of the equipment (pump, filter, jets) has been delivered or installed. They blatantly misused the money we paid them and lied about finishing our pool. We have hired a lawyer and are in the process of demanding Dreamaker Pools to finish the pool or reimburse us what we have already paid for and they have not completed.
