My Miniature Schnauzer has been groomed by Doggie Do's every six weeks. They are absolutely wonderful people and the service is top notch. I wouldn't take him anywhere else.

It went perfectly. The owner made sure our dogs didn't have any allergies or other medical conditions she should be aware of and all 3 were well cared for.

They were cheap, they charged me $16 per dog. I will use them again, if fact I’m going to call them now. They interacted great with the dogs. They do not even cage the dogs, they have a playroom for the dogs. They let them play with each other, they even have beds for if the dogs want to go lay down instead. My one dog is 17 years old and that is all he wants to do, is go lay down. There was zero wait time. I have used them for years and have recommended them to quite a few people. What keeps me going back to them is everything, their professionalism, the cost, just the way they take care of the animals. They even do like Christmas with your dog for free. I try to take them once a month.

She has doggie day care but when your dog is there, instead of sitting in a cage, it gets to interact with other dogs. After your dog is cleaned, your dog gets to interact with other dogs in a doggie day care environment but your not paying for the doggie day care, its included in your grooming. Its a happy environment for the dogs.

Jack and Sierra had their first time today at the new "spa"
Everything was delightful, and the furkids are sparkling and happy
Sierra is a rescue, and I had always been told she was a Sheppard
The Dogsters took one look at her and said no, she's a Shiba Mix
I did a search of the breed, and found many pictures identical to Sierra :)
The knowledge displayed, as well as the quality of the services preformed, means we've found a new spa for the furkidz

My dog adores going to Doggie Do's. He always looks beautiful and enjoys his time there. He is a lot of work to groom as he has a very full and long coat. He is not put in a cage but allowed to play with the other dogs. It's a good socializing experience for him as I have no other dogs and my mom's dog does not know she's a dog and does not play. I can not say enough good things about Doggie Do's.

I had beening going to this groomer for several years and I liked them.  Then on my last day, I picked my dog up and the groomer said her back by her tail was hurting (I thought at the base of the tail on top).  That was it; nothing else.  When I got my dog home, I saw blood down by her leg on the underside.  I thought that she must have chewed her tail and it was raw.  After examination I found no sores.  After taking her to the vet, I found out that her anal glad was very infected and I was under the misperception that the groomer checked this out each time she was in.  Obviously not.  At worst they had not been doing this for the years I had been taking her (and thank goodness there had not be a probelm before) and at best they don't do this and they saw the blood and just failed to tell me.  Either way I will not be going back to them.

Response from DOGGIE DO'S
"I and sorry your baby had to visit the vet. At the time you picked her up, we told you she was having some sort of problem around her back end. We are not vets, but we do alert customers to things that appear out of the ordinary. She was very sensitive to our bathing, drying and brushing the area. We did not see any blood or we most certainly would have told you. We do not express anal glands on big dogs unless requested by the customer. As any vet will tell you, since big dogs tend to have larger and firmer stools, they express their glands naturally. A groomer can actually do more harm than good by interfering with the natural process. I have checked her client card and do not see any notations that you requested her glands be expressed. We saw her on Sep 13th, prior to that her last visit was on Apr 5th. I have difficulty seeing how we could be considered responsible for any infection she acquired. I am sorry if there was any misunderstanding on what we do and do not do as part of a bath on large dogs. Once again, we did not see any blood or we would have brought it to your attention immediately, as we did with her sensitivity around her back end."

We love Doggie Do's! The guy that does our dog's nails is super nice & gentle with him (and he's strong enough to lift him up on the table w/out help). He always loves on him and calms him down before drilling his nails. We especially like that it is open to walk ins on Saturday mornings for just the nail service. You definitely can't beat the price! We take him at least once a month. We will never do his nails at home! Using the dremel instead of clipping is def the way to go. Thanks Doggie Do's.

Grooming salon was small, dark.  Appearance of groomers wasn't all that professional.  We decided not to stay.
Response from DOGGIE DO'S
"I would have liked to address the customers' concerns when she was in our shop but she didn't give me that opportunity so I will attempt to address them here. When you enter the shop, there is a room immediately to your left which is where we do walk-in nail trims. We have found that dogs are calmer when we do their nails there where the lights are not so bright and it's away from the regular hustle and bustle of dryers, clippers, other dogs, etc. Most dogs are not fond of having their nails done so any little edge we can give ourselves can only help to get the job done. The shop is 1200 square feet, 600 of which is where we do the actual grooming and is very well lit so I'm not sure what (deleted member name) meant by small and dark. As for our appearance, we are dog groomers. That involves getting wet, having hair constantly stuck to you and getting your clothes torn by struggling fur babies sometimes. We dress neatly but we also have to be practical. I hope this addresses the issues expressed by the customer. If not I would hope she would contact me directly so I can answer any other questions/concerns she has."

This place was recommended by a friend a couple of years ago.  I have competition dogs and with the number I have I just can't groom them all myself.  Doggie Dos is always there to help me with my younger dogs (who practically fly out of the car to get to the shop).  the staff is excellent -- and KNOW how to groom a Poodle.  Pups love to go as they get to socialize with the other dogs.  About two years ago I was injured in an accident and was off my feet (literally) for weeks.  Neighbors helped out, but this place was great about taking all the dogs in for grooming when I could not do anything.   In addition, I know this shop does a lot of work for free for rescue groups (bathe dogs just in from shelter, etc) and as a person who supports rescue, I REALLY appreciate that.  Their prices are quite reasonable.

My dog was very happy when I picked her up.Not at all upset or stressed. He looked fabulous. They do not use cages, the dogs run free and socialize.

This facility is a doggie day care and a pet groomer. I have been going there for about 5 and a half years. When my dog was a  puppy I used the doggie daycare. They walked him every two hours or whenever needed. The dogs who come for grooming are not caged. They get to walk around and interact. (If there is a behavior problem, it is dealt with. The owner is also a dog trainer). I love that my dog gets to interact with other dogs when I take him to Doggie Do's. The grooming is excellent and gentle. They have never nicked or hurt my dog in any way. He loved going to Doggie Do's, in fact sometimes when I pick him up, he acts like he wants to stay and play. He always looks terrific when I pick him up.
I recently got a rescue dog. Because she is a rescue they charge me less to groom her. The folks at Doggie Do's are very professional. You don' t have to worry about your dog being stuck in a cage with a dryer, or what you dog's experience will be like. They are fabulous with all dogs, and know how to work with nervous ones, etc.
    The prices are very reasonable.

I have Shetland Sheepdogs and with their double coats, they are considered high-maintenance dogs with regarding to their coats, but not as long as I go to Doggie Dos. When others have groomed my dogs (after having charged me double almost on the price) the dogs look shaggy within two weeks and start leaving hair everywhere. When they're groomed at Doggie Dos, they look wonderful for the whole month between groomings. I've been going here since 2003 every month so that's 12 times a year times 7 years....that's a lot of experience with them. I love Doggie Dos ~ so do my dogs.
