NOT GOOD AT ALL. When I called to have Warranty work completed we found out that the manufacture Warranty was voided because the system was installed and registered at another Property/owner which automatically voids the warranty. When my dad purchased the system the owner assured my dad that the system came with a 10 year manufacture Warranty and our sales contract also states that we had a 10 year manufacture Warranty but when it was time for the repair Cool Breeze said it was not his problem because we didn't call him.
