I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
"Customer did bring in laptop computer having Internet connection issues. We did find issues with the Internet speed. We corrected the Internet speed issue. Per company policy all customers are required to verify that repairs have been ade to their satisfaction. Customers computer was setup for them and thay verified that the Internet issue was resolved. Customer did bring computer back to the store a few days later to resolve a different issue with computer while trying to download a windows update. We did also resolved this issue at no charge to customer. At Computer Experts we have been providing services for over 25 years and have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. At Computer Experts 100% customer satisfaction is what we strive for, unfortunately this is our second unfavorable review in those 25 years. I am sorry for you unpleasant experience. I would encourage any customer to ask to speak to a manager so that we can address any concerns before leaving our store, We will continue to provide honest and quality service to our customers."
