She has been absolutely stellar. I put an offer on my one home, and after the appraisal came back, she really counseled me and said the house needed more work than it was going to be valued at within the area and, as an investment, I would never get a return on it. That was the problem. I closed the deal, and put an offer on another home, and it is much better, and it is not a fixer-upper. She really knows her market. The office and supporting staff is wonderful. Every time I couldn't get her on her cell phone, I would leave a message and she would call me immediately. I would refer anybody to her.
