When it came time to sell our home and move, we interviewed 3 different real estate agents.  After seeing each presentation and hearing their strategies for our home, we chose to list with the Coley Team.  Jennifer and Charles were excited to list our property and displayed great confidence in our home and our neighborhood. They were also realistic about how to price and market the home and at what  price we might expect to actually sell. They explained in detail the state of the local market and how long it might take.  They expected about 51 days on market and we went under contract on day 41. They expected us to sell at not less than 93% of asking and we sold for over 94% of asking.  In other words, they were very accurate.  To me, this demonstrates a great depth of knowledge of the area.
The Coley's have made themselves available at the drop of a hat, they always answer your questions as soon as possible and they make sure they have done all they can to make the whole process as simple as possible.
Jennifer and Charles Coley obviously love the work they do and care deeply about the homes entrusted to them.  I cannot recommend them highly enough, especially for the Palm Bay area! They have become great friends along the way and if I were to need a real estate agent in the Brevard county area again, I would call only them!
