Terrible. Customer service was definitely lacking when you feel the need to yell at your customers.

Three days prior to my visit, I called to inquire about carpet binding and was quoted a price on the phone. However, when I went to drop the carpet off, I was told a different/higher price. When I told the man (quite possibly was the owner, but I'm not positive) about the phone quote, he informed me in a very arrogant and condescending tone that no one there would ever have quoted me that price (as if I were making it up). I really believe his attitude was because my binding request wasn't going to result in much money for him and he didn't want to be bothered. I will soon be in the market for tile in my kitchen and dining room and I definitely will NOT be using this business. For me, good customer service beats out price every time.

Also, while I was waiting, I noticed a sign near their register saying there was an extra 3% charge if you pay with a credit card. As a consumer, I am much more enticed if their prices included that 3%, then offered me a 3% discount if I paid cash. But I guess that's just me.

I ended up walking out and took my rug to be bound elsewhere. Funny thing, the company that I went with not only did my job cheaper, but completed it within 3 hours with much professionalism and friendliness.

Carpet buckled within four months of installation. Company refused to come out and restretch. It looked horrible. I had to pay someone else to come out and fix their botched installation.

They did an amazing job. The house looks spectacular. The installers were professional and courteous and cleaned everything up after the job was complete. They also worked continuosly and hard. The whole job took 3 1/2 days and we couldn't be more pleased. This is the second time we used Carpet Fashions (last time they put in a backsplash and gave the same great service).

Picked out carpet for an office. Arranged delivery and delivery date. 
Installer did not show on date agreed upon ( had another emergency
installation in the morning.)  Carpet I picked and that was installed
was not appropriate for the location; contractor should have told me
before it was purchased and installed.   installer should have said something. 
Carpet has a nap that does not flow with traffic pattern of office personnel.  Carpet looked like it was over a year old after just a month or under of very
little traffic.  Seams show; Owner never came by to examine the problem and offer suggestions.
