Carpet buckled within four months of installation. Company refused to come out and restretch. It looked horrible. I had to pay someone else to come out and fix their botched installation.

They did an amazing job. The house looks spectacular. The installers were professional and courteous and cleaned everything up after the job was complete. They also worked continuosly and hard. The whole job took 3 1/2 days and we couldn't be more pleased. This is the second time we used Carpet Fashions (last time they put in a backsplash and gave the same great service).

Picked out carpet for an office. Arranged delivery and delivery date.
Installer did not show on date agreed upon ( had another emergency
installation in the morning.) Carpet I picked and that was installed
was not appropriate for the location; contractor should have told me
before it was purchased and installed. installer should have said something.
Carpet has a nap that does not flow with traffic pattern of office personnel. Carpet looked like it was over a year old after just a month or under of very
little traffic. Seams show; Owner never came by to examine the problem and offer suggestions.
