Marinas
Company provide marine engine services, changed oil and tune ups, and replaced multiple boots around stern drive. Work was done in a professional manner but usually slow and never available when promised. Also rubber parts would wear out very quick and need replacing within one year. Last straw was when boat repair was two weeks late and I was told it was due to an older customer coming in and needing engine repair. That was considered a higher priority than my work even though I was at least a five year customer.
