Blue Oasis Pools

We inherited Steve about 3 years ago from the previous owner of our new home. Out of all the trades, Steve has been the only one we've kept. He has always treated us with Stress free and excellent service. Over the past 3 years there have been special requests for additional services, and he always comes through no matter what. Whenever I have an issue with my heater, pump, filter, or anything he is always available for me, to either walk me through, or he comes over to help or fix whatever it is I called him for. Not only does he provide excellent maintenance service, he also offers resurfacing and tiling. Which I have also used his services for. I recommend Blue Oasis for all your pool maintenance and service needs.

HORRIBLE- we discovered our pump filter was never cleaned, and no chlorine in the pool at all. Our filter was jam packed with leaves and they never cleaned it. It stopped the pump from working properly and there was no circulation. When I questioned this the owner Steve texted me back and said after he did some investigation he said we should look elsewhere for service. I'm sure he discovered his daughter was not doing anything other than vacuuming. She never cleaned the sides of the pool or the steps and our new pool guy pointed all of the problems out we have now or put any salt in. Our salt light was blinking. We are new homeowners and new to a pool so we are learning along the way, but this is why we hire pool servicing. Algae everywhere. I do not recommend this business at all.

Pool was contracted to be fixed July 2019. It is December 2020 and pool is still not done. Tons of excuses and not answering messages.

It went fine. I am very pleased with the results. I have hired this company to service the pool weekly.

This is the second time we have used Steve.  The first time he repainted our pool deck and did an excellent job at a reasonable cost.  This time we called him because our pool pump stopped working.  He came by promptly to diagnose the problem and give us an estimate.   He wasn't able to fix it that day because the place to get the pump was closed, but he came promptly the next business day and replaced the pump.  I mentioned if he happened to be able to get an O Ring I needed that replaced too.  He did that free of charge!
I won't even call anyone else anymore when something is wrong.  I won't let anyone near our pool except Steve.
