My experience is similar to the other person .. took money in March for install in Jun .. but they have gone completely MIA and it is end of August and we are already in the middle of Hurricane season .. will not answer phone calls .. i have left dozens of messages .. i would avoid these guys.

They took a 50% deposit on 1/14/2020 with install scheduled for early April. It is nearly July and no one will return a phone call or email. Do not do business with them!

Perfectly! Quick response to request for quote and modification of quote. Kept us informed throughout the process. Arrive on time on date of installation. Cleaned up in and out post installation. Professional, courteous staff across the board.

We looked at several other shutters in the neighborhood and was told how much better the product provided by Best Shutters would be.

I heard about Best Shutter through my real estate agent who had used them and was very happy. So I called and within two days they stopped by to give me an estimate and also advise me on hurricane protection options. Since I am not from the area, the advice was very informative and helpful. They came out when they said they would. They gave me a written estimate during this initial meeting.
For the installation, they accommodated my schedule by setting up a specific installation date 2 mths out. The lead installer gave me his cell phone number so we could coordinate and keep in touch during the 2 months between the quote and the installation date. They arrived for the installation on time and completed the job on time. It took 1.5 days. They cleaned up around the house upon completion. They then instructed me on the use and care of the shutters.
They handled getting the permits and also setting up the final inspection. The final inspection was just 2 days later. The inspector arrived, inspected and left on schedule. I highly recommend Best Shutter Company to anyone needing hurricane shutters. They were friendly, professional, and on time. Their knowledge was critical to selecting the type of shutter that best fit my use and needs.

We had used them in the past and when we went to use them again, we kept calling and calling. They never called us back. The first time they installed electric hurricane shutters. That job went well.
