Mr. Bayer is the best contractor I have ever worked with. He is professional at all times. He was honest and above board from the start. He didn't promise anything he knew he couldn't deliver. He didn't give us a time frame for the work to be done and then make excuses as to why is was taking longer. He told us from the start that it would take several months. He explained that he can't be sure when sub-contractors will be done their portion, how long it will take to receive cabinets after they are ordered, and time he will be here to do his part. Add to that, that we kept adding more things to be done after the job was begun, I think it was completed in a very timely manner.
Mr. Bayer is very easy to work with, (as my husband is not). He makes every effort to provide what the customer wants, but he will not hesitate to tell you if what you want is not a good idea and why. The entire job went very smoothly and we had almost no issues. The only issue we had was with the sub-contractor who installed the granite countertops. But Mr. Bayer handled that very effeciently and we are very happy with the final product.
Before we had this work done, I "hated" my kitchen. Today, I LOVE it, and I have Mr. Bayer to thank for that. He does excellent work, and wants his customers to be happy.
