Description of Work: We have an older Florida home, built in 1965. We needed the kitchen, family room and laundry area remodeled. Mr. Bayer gave us what we considered an excellent estimate for the scope of the work we needed done. He tore out the existing kitchen completely, all the walls in the family room and laundry area. He put up tarp covering both entrances to the kitchen area to limit the dust and dirt from entering the other areas of the house. The kitchen space was altered to provide more space and more cabinets. Doorways were moved to provide more space in the kitchen area. The old laundry "room" was torn out and a laundry "area" with bi-fold doors replaced it, to also provide more open space. Electric and plumbing was done to accomodate the new design. Mr. Bayer is the General Contractor, so he hires sub-contractors to do the electrical and plumbing. We met with Classic Cabinets to pick out cabinets, hardware and the like. The people at Classic Cabinets were very accomodating and provided exactly what I was looking for in my kitchen design. Mr. Bayer installed insulation, sheetrock, all the trim, a tile floor in the entire area and new windows. He built the bi-fold doors for the laundry area, wood frame for the two doorways and he built wood framing that matched the cabinets for a pass-thru window in the kitchen. I am so thrilled with the final result.
