They appear to be very compassionate with the animals. Interaction was good. Facility is nice, clean and very good.

They do surgery right there, and a lot of the tests can be done onsite too. They don't cut corners. The fees are reasonable too - she doesn't rake you over the coals. She's very knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. She will consult with the owner first - she doesn't just try to gouge the customer and add on all that she can. She's very knowledgeable about bird care too. She discusses the pros and cons of each treatment with the owner. The front desk lady, Maryann, has had birds for 30 years, and is a great asset to the clinic.
