"I am sorry you are not happy with our service, and you were not charged $625. After first assessment to your sprinkler system we determined that your pump was not priming there for not get water to supply the system so at this point we had given you an estimate of $625 to replace pump, re pipe the pump adding a new check valve and also go through your system and adjust all the heads and make sure everything was running sufficient. After replacing pump and still having the same issue it was then determined that the old pump was ok and at this point we now know the well was not supplying any water. We then removed new pump and capped off wires so there wasn't a safety concern. As I told you then I am an irrigation contractor and I am not allowed to do anything with the well or well casing you would have to have a well contractor come to look at your well. You offer $120 for the four hours of time and parts that we had out into your system trying to get it started up again. The old pump was not put back on the system due to the fact when the well contractor comes out they will most likely hae to remove the pump again so it was saving you from having to pay him to do that, again I am sorry you are unhappy and would love to make things right with you in anyway that I can."

"Yes at first we thought pump was bad after installing a new pump it was determined that your was was not supplying any water of coarse I am not going to leave the pump and charge you for it when you do not need it. After five hours of trying to get your system working and $30 in parts I don't think $125 is bad for the time that was invested. You need to have a well contractor come to your house and check the well I checked as far as I am legally allowed to. I am sorry you are unhappy but we did do everything we could. Oh yes and the old pump was left off due to the fact when a well contractor comes he would have to remove it and the wires were not left hanging, they where capped and there was no safety concern!!! Also that $625 for the price for installing the new pump repiping the pump with a new check valve and also doing a tuneup on your sprinkler system."

"Sir, we went out to your property and after finding the problem we made the suggestion to call the city and have them replace the curb stop. I am never too busy to help my customers and after finding the issue where your curb stop box had been run over by something heavy which busted the piped inside the curb stop and snapping the threads off in it also finding a bend in the city side of the supply line it was determined the best solution was to call the city and them fix because the curb stop is city property and I would be held accountable if anything were to go wrong with the water supply and the city connections. There are laws and guidelines that a contractor has to follow and I just happen to be one of the contractors in this county that follow them."
