Keith came highly recommended for service calls for anything related to AC or heating. He is honest & competent. His prices are not cheap nor out of line, but fair. And you can trust he will only do work that is needed & do it right, which is no small thing. He verified that my 17 year old system was on it's last legs and the leak was not worth pursuing, but I could probably squezze another year out of it. I decided that with current federal tax credits and lots of utility and vendor rebates I would get bids for a new system and have the benefits of a more efficient system at the lowest costs it was ever likely to be, rather then wait the inevitable year or 2. I did get a bid from Keith, which wasn't bad but not the best. Doing mostly service and not sales in addition to commercial work, he did not go to the extra efforts to be qualified to offer various rebates. While he may not the guy to go to for a whole new residential system, I wouldn't hesitate to use him for service calls (which I hope not to need for at least 10 years now!).
