When the job was done with, installed it, and when I went to inspect it and stood in the bedroom, there were some areas that were warping in the wood. The wood was not lying flat; it was kind of warping. He also didn't install a transition in the doorway. So there was supposed to be a transition installed, but he did not install it. So when I asked him why this was going on and why this was warping, he told me it was because of the floor underneath. You know the flooring that he installed. The wood was not level. There were some areas of the flooring that were not level. I’m thinking it wasn't that bad, you know, but it was noticeable, but it wasn't that bad. I trusted his response, and you know I believed it would not get worse. After several weeks, it got much worse. I then called another professional installer to find out what the problem was. That professional discovered that when Antonio installed the laminate, he had done it incorrectly. He installed the laminate over the carpet padding; therefore, I now have to have the laminate totally taken up and reinstalled to correct the issue. I called Antonio to discuss the issue with him and said that I wanted a refund of my money, but he didn't take accountability and hung up on me. This is poor business practice and deceitful. Therefore, his work cannot be trusted, and what he tells you cannot be believed.
