dock building
 + -1 moreActual construction is over all very good with a keen eye to construction methods. Only now that Troy has other jobs that his is working he seems to not be able to actually show up on days that he says he will finish the remaining unfinished work on my dock stat was stared six months ago.
Description of Work: As of 6/27/09 American docks have removed old & constructed new dock with deck, wrapped less than half the piles, still missing one set of through bolts on upper piling, still have not replaced too short through bolt under South deck, still have not tightened all loose through bolt sets, removal of debris is not complete to date, Work stated on March 3 2009 & per agreed contract language Troy Raia was to work around my work schedule since I am building owner contractor. The above items have not been address & Troy Raia seams to be having problems completing them as agreed to per contract.
