These guys were great from start to finish. Came out quickly to give estimate, did not give me the "oh we have to charge a minimum 100'" nonsense. Great quote. The guys showed up when they said, busted their butts until the rain stopped them. Came back the next morning early and knocked it out. Even worked around a couple of tricky trees and made it look awesome! They were just all about getting it done. Very professional, very skilled, very reasonable. Would hire again.

AAA was excellent all around. Not only were they punctual when providing the estimate, they provided suggestions that saved us money. We had originally wanted a 6 ft gate, but they suggested using a 5 ft instead as it was only one gate rather than two and it would be more sturdy. They also provided pricing for an exact replacement and a shadowbox fence. We decided to go with the latter because the price was not that much more. The technician that installed the fence was extremely professional and meticulous. He did wonderful work!

This job was fret with issues that the team overcame again and again. First, it turns out that the old fence was actually on the neighbor's property. The survey was very misleading and while it indicated the fence was on the property line, it wasn't. They measured again and again to make sure that the new fence would be on my property. The second issue that came up is that there were irrigation and water lines underground where posts needed to be placed for the new fence. The crew was very patient and allowed us the time we needed to evaluate the issue and solve the issues. The final challenge was that our neighbor has an unfriendly dog. They worked with myself and my neighbor to allow the dog out for bathroom breaks while maintaining the security of the fence line to contain the dog. This was not an easy job. My home is on an extreme hill and it very challenging to just walk from one end to the other much less install a fence with even pickets. They did an awesome job. We couldn't be happier.

We are so happy we hired AAA Quality Fence to take down and install our 377 foot wooden fence! As snowbirds we came back to half our fence down and companies not even calling us back for an estimate. I then called them and they sent out the estimator within a week. Kyle was here for almost 2 hours as if we were old friends. Gave us a quote and said it'll be done in 4-6 weeks! Another co. told us 16 weeks! Two workers Cody and Mike worked their butts off and were very professional and kept us informed about everything. Fence looks great! Call this company. You won't be disappointed!

The initial assessment went well. I asked the sales rep how long it would take to start the project. He said 4 - 5 weeks from Oct 15. We wanted to add another fence door to the order and the sales rep out again and gave us another estimate. He said we were getting close to the repair time. We had not heard from the company for several weeks after my conversation about the start date, so I called the sales rep and he asked me to call Denise. Denise was wonderful. She gave me an exact date and to expect the repair. The guys came yesterday to repair the fence, but knew nothing about the other fence door. So our fence was repaired, but the other fence door was not. Denise called to ask how the repair went and I said that we were satisfied with the repairs that they did, but were disappointed that the other fence door repair did not get communicated properly. We have decided to repair the door ourselves. We figured that it wouldn’t be worth the wait time. The repairs on our fence were completed on December 7. That was a long 4 -5 weeks. Just saying.

Excellent. From the gentleman that came out for the estimate, the office lady Denise as well as the installers friendly, responsible and knowledgable. The work done was everything I had contracted for-no short cuts, no hidden expenses and listened to my requests. Would highly recommend.

They scheduled me quickly and did the job in 2 days. They removed the old chain link fence, hauled it away and installed a new wooden fence. They really did great work and left everything in perfect shape.

Terrific company! Punctual, efficient, organized, polite and professional. What more needs to be said. They did an excellent job and came earlier than expected. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs a fence repair or a new fence.

Very well. We have used AAA before and continue to be happy with their work. They arrived on time and finished the same day as expected. We are happy with the fence and the work done.

The workers replaced two wooden privacy gates, one on either side of the house. Two older guys worked for about 5 hours including during the rain to put up the two gates. I was the second appointment that day for the guys and they had another appointment after me. They must have been bone tired. So far the gates work well and look okay. The wood they used is rough. I'll definitely need to paint them with sealer when it stops raining. The two gates plus about 10 ft. of connecting fence cost about $1320. The company required a $200 deposit before coming to do the work. I dealt with the office and estimate people over email. They were very pleasant and very responsive.

They arrived on time and did the job very professional. Good job, fence bolted to sea wall cap on both sides, large gate and small gate. Looks good. Very well done. Answered all my questions they even had a good suggestion on one side of the house eliminated part of fence that was there previous, and this looks much better. Wonderful job and people.

I went on a work trip to texas and as soon as i got home they had the fence completely installed within a day. Great craftsmanship to the fence. Nothing to complain about. I really don't know how the other individuals within the reviews are complaining about the service? These people are very nice and easy to talk to. They return your phone calls within minutes of leaving a message.

Three man crew installed fence in about 3-4 hours,looks great.

My husband was very specific on what he wanted done. - and they delivered! They even moved our storage building and put everything back for us, in order to complete the job. The crew was very professional - polite. The site was cleaned when they left. You would never have know they were there except for the beautiful fence and gate. The office personnel are great to work with. It's a good company from the front office to the installers. Hard to find those qualities anymore. We would us AAA Quality Fence again and would highly recommend them.

Great! It was installed exactly how I asked; it was exactly the cost that the contract agreed upon; they took care of the permit; the installation actually too place a couple of weeks ahead of schedule!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WORK OR THE WARRANTY. I was moving back to Florida into my father's home and needed a fence for the dogs. I made the arrangements with Mark before I moved. The installation team Put in the fence on the day arranged. I arrived a couple of days later to find that the bottom of the fence was noticeably uneven. There was a section with a large gap at the bottom and the crew had stuffed wads of grass under it, so my 81 year old father wouldn't notice. I called Mark. He arranged to fix it and told me he recently had to fire 3 crews in the previous 3 months, including the crew who did our job. When they were done the boards were even on the bottom, but there were still gaps. I decided to let it go at that. This was a mistake on my part. Fast forward 6 months: One of the posts is bowing and deforming the fence, which will eventually break the wood. I called and finally got Mark on the phone this morning. He said "If you want the post changed, it will cost $75 for materials plus labor." I said " Your kidding, right? You put a defective post in and your not going to honor your work and fix it?" He said, " That's right. Look at the back of your contract. We don't guarantee the materials. If you want it fixed, you can pay me for it" Save yourself the grief and shop elsewhere.

They're really expensive, but they're good.  They could have made it a little bit cheaper to improve the experience.

I do NOT recommend this company. It was a new install and came with an warranty. The fence had hinge problem within the first week. Now they are so bad I can't use my double gate OR my single gate. Barbara will not help me and doesn't recognize the warranty. 1 Star - Quality, 1-Start Customer Service and 2.5 for value because it was cheep (now I know why). I guess I'm stuck fixing gates by myself.
