Randy did a great job on the inspection. Took all the time that I needed to understand the potential issues and throughly went through the house with me. He included the inspection reports that I needed for insurance and when I lost one of the pages went above and beyond to help me get another copy.

Made the appointment through Angie's List. Randy responded quickly. We finalized the date/time of the appointment. He was able to come over earlier than originally stated and phoned us to ensure that it was acceptable. He explained what he was looking for and we provided him a list of installation dates for A/C, garage door, generator, windows, roof, and shutters to assist him. We also provided him the window stickers so that he could ensure they were indeed impact windows and met the proper criteria. He did notice that the sliders did not have the test information on the stickers, but stated they were impact windows, and we are now in the process of obtaining the test information for the sliders from Window World. He performed the inspections quickly and professionally. We would definitely recommend him to our friends and neighbors. He took numerous pictures to prove beyond a doubt that everything was as he stated in his reports. He provided us paperwork that we can copy and provide the insurance company and two very nice PDF reports with pictures that we can email. A very positive experience and well worth the money.

Randy did a very thorough inspection on my new built home. And he was great about explaining things to me as we walked through the home. Also he is really easy to get a hold of and is pretty quick in replying via it be email or phone. I received my report online the very same day .

Randy is amazing. I first discovered him on Angie's list. I had a limited time to find a home before relocating from Ohio to FL.
He inspected a home very promptly. Thank God he did. He was able to point out the home was septic when it was listed as sewer. He was so quick to respond, he inspected the house before I wired the money for a down payment. He's quick response was able to save me time and money.
When it came time to inspect my next choice in house, He was very prompt and thorough as before. I have complete confidence in him. He constantly communicated. He kept me updated on the inspection schedule date and next day I had a very detailed report complete with pictures. I can't say enough good things about Randy. He is affordable, thorough and prompt. He works for you, not the realtor!

He arrived on time and arranged for the termite people as well. He was very thorough taking pictures of everything from roof top to outdoors under trees. He saved me 150 on septic inspection by running water and flushing toilets to observe quality of septic draining. I received his report the next day with wind mitigation and 4 point as well. All looked very professional. He said he'd come back for free and update wind mitt after I installed hurricane shutters.

Randy arrived early and did a thorough inspection of the house. He provided a report wiith pictures within 24 hours. Overall I thought he did a very good job.

Randy was very professional and thorough on the inspection he did for me. On Friday I ordered the inspection through Angie's List and on the following Tuesday the inspection was done and on Wednesday morning I had a detailed inspection report in my e-mail (He might have been here on Monday if we hadn't missed each other on the phone). Great Experience and don't forget he has Emma the mold sniffing dog.

I ordered a wind mitigation to help lower my homeowners insurance bill. AAA-1 Home Inspection service turned out to be an excellent place to call for this service. I chose them because of the one very positive review on Angies List. Randy was very thorough and knowledgable on this subject. He also gave me the name of an insurance agent that will help me lower my constantly rising homeowner premiums. Don't hesitate to call this company. I wish all companies were as easy and pleasant to deal with. If I had to rate this company 1-10, they would be a definite 10 !!

Outstanding experience overall.
I live out of state but will be relocating to the area. I am purchasing a home and the contract afforded only a limited number of days to perform inspections to determine if I wanted to proceed with the purchase. I used Angie's List website to make the initial contact on the weekend. Randy contacted me later that day to make arrangments. He coordinated with my realtor and performed the inspection that Tuesday. He is a good sort conducting business the old-school way - based on mutual trust . He didn't accept credit cards when I contacted him, but he still performed the inspection and provided the report while the check was in the mail. Literally. I mailed it on Monday - the next business day.
The inspection took about 3-4 hours and Randy was very thorough. My parents and my realtor were my agents on site. The electronic report he emailed later that night on Tuesday was easy to understand and provided a written punch list with great photos so I could quickly assess if I should proceed with the purchase and what areas I needed to engage with the sellers to fix.
Randy also completed a wind mitigation report for the property. He offered this to me free of charge while I was ordering the home inspection. I honestly never heard of it before and would have never thought to ask. Boy, am I ever grateful for the report! I called around for insurance quotes to cover the house and the company I am using has scheduled a $1785 discount based on the report results. The discount alone more than paid for than the home inspection.
