EXCELLENT SERVICE! When contracting a service provider do you hope for a cost-effective quality product? Do you want the providers to be knowledgeable, professional, have the most up to date equipment to do the job? Arrive on the date and time they said they would? Follow up in place on the date and time they said they would and have a warranty that is rock solid? You think it’s too good to be true? Well it’s not! I found the company that fill’s the above criteria. A Plus Animal Solutions. You never know what your getting until the jobs done. Reviewed four providers, called three, scheduled one. Looked again and saw I missed A Plus Animal Solutions, made the call, WOW! Chris explained the process and follow up in detail along with cost, warranty and discount available to me. Called back the provider I scheduled and cancelled. Called A Plus Animal Solutions and scheduled. My problem solved. Completed the job with two follow up visits. The work was done quickly, professionally and with good humor. A great family-owned business. While the price is high, it IS the cost of doing business when you have this kind of animal invading your home. To not pay the price and avoid the problem will be significantly more costly in the future. Mentioning Angie's List membership was helpful in making acceptable payment arrangements.

Shortly after having our roof replaced we started experiencing noises within our attic during the late evening to early morning hours of the day. It was quite obvious that "something" had invaded and taken up residence within our attic, and from our observations it sounded as if it was not only one new resident, but multiple residents. We live by lakes in a somewhat rural area so it could be any form of wildlife and we didn't want to go looking for trouble ourselves. We called A Plus Animal Solutions and spoke with Evan the owner and we scheduled a consultation service rather quickly. Evan was not only very personable and responsive of our needs, but he took the time to explain what we were possibly dealing with and put our minds at ease that it would be handled quickly, and that it was!
We scheduled our consultation, which confirmed our new tenants, which we discovered were rats that had most likely found access points left by our recent roof repair process. During our consultation we agreed to proceed with the removal service which included Exclusion ( the closing up of all possible access points ) that would keep the residents within the attic. Yes that sounds a bit unsettling but necessary because once trapped our new tenants would become very hungry and finding their way to the traps would become expedited guaranteed, plus it would shield us from future "break-ins". Within 4 days our new tenants were trapped and evicted from our attic, days later we scheduled our final treatment and can now rest peacefully during the evening knowing we have no more unwanted visitors and our home is secured from future unwanted visitors. A Plus was not only competitive with pricing, but very knowledgeable, respectful and courteous, prompt and professional, and met all our expectations as a service provider. I would highly recommend them.

Matt was able to plug all entry point where squirrels were accessing our attic. Once the holes were covered. He set traps to catch any critters that were hiding in the attic. After removal, he sanitized the space. Very pleased with the result.

Great. The inspector said there was no evidence of wild animals or rodents entering my attic. He also said my attic was well-built and it would be difficult for animals to get in.

We usually have to break the news to our customer that they're sharing their home with Rodents, or Raccoon, or Bats, etc. This was a refreshing change of pace. Some homes are built with less intentional openings in their roof line. This limits the probability of a future problem. Your home is a fortress and didn't need any work. Chris arrived promptly and the work has been very well done. He was very professional. He looked through the attic, set traps, blocked entrances/exits, and came back for follow up services. I called concerned that I may have parsons in my attic, Matt did a thorough search and sound no evidence of any critter activity in the attic. However he did recommend co subsequently did the work blocking access to 7 areas where could possibly enter the attic.

We heard something big in our attic before we called this company. The gentleman I talked to on the phone was polite and asked me questions about when the noises started and explained what it could have been. From our conversation he was confident that we had a raccoon. They sent a trapper out the next day and he went over our entire place. They discovered an area under my roof where the raccoon busted through. They also found a bunch of other areas that would allow animals to get in. Our raccoon got caught the first night and they made all the repairs immediately. They said the job could take up to 2 weeks depending on how long it took to catch the animal. I was animal free 3 days after I called this company, amazing.

This company is great. They showed up exactly when scheduled. Evaluated the job before just quoting a price. Dressed and more importantly acted totally professional. While examining my attic noticed my military gear, asked about my status and gave me the military discount without even having me ask. The job itself was outstanding. Found and closed multiple points of entry set traps and checked and cleared them until the problem was removed. Then treated with anti-microbial. Before leaving emphasized that they stand behind their work and to call if needed.

We called A Plus as soon as we found the newly dug burrow. They sent a provider that afternoon. Evin was very courteous and informative. He explained the process of trapping what was almost certainly an armadillo which had moved in that morning, and would probably come out to hunt food after sunset. He also explained that each removal would be a fixed price.
An armadillo was in the trap the next morning, and Evin came within hours to remove the female, and we said a prayer that she had not delivered the genetic four babies in her short stay in our yard. Trap was reset and monitored for the remaining two weeks with no further captures or sign of activity.
Throughout the entire period, Evin periodically checked the trap, and was never more than a text message away if we had questions.
We consider ourselves very lucky that only one armadillo moved in. We took Evin's advice and filled the burrow in with pea gravel, leveled the site and set several pavers over it. There has been no further scratching or digging near the site.
We are very pleased with the outstanding service provided by A Plus.

I heard noises in the attic of my apartment so I called these guys over the weekend. They had someone out on Monday and he went into my attic and on my roof. I thought I had rats but their wildlife guy informed me that I had squirrels. He was very knowledgeable and told me all kinds of stuff about my animals.
They sealed some openings on my roof and set traps on the side of my house attached to the roof. They also cleaned up the nest in my attic.
I'm very happy with their service and would hire A Plus Animal Solutions again.

I called the company on a Monday and met Evan for the first time the very next day. I have never met a more professional, knowledgeable and just nice guy. He met me at my house and actually had a video of my raccoon coming out of the attic through the soffit and strolling across the roof. He went through the entire process with me of how she got in the attic, how to keep her out, pictures of the damaged insulation and what steps were needed to resolve the problem. A deterrent was placed in the opening on the roof where she had pulled the soffit off and a trap was set near the pool screen that she had used as a ladder. After a week or so, it was safe to say she had changed her mind, the deterrent worked and mama raccoon decided to have her babies somewhere else. In the meantime, Evan did all the paperwork for my homeowners insurance and even met with my adjuster. The soffit was repaired and all of the possible openings where another animal could get in were all sealed up. Today, all the contaminated insulation was removed, the attic was treated with a antimicrobial solution and new insulation was blown in. I cannot thank Evan enough for everything he did. All of his emails that he sent me keeping me informed about what was going on, fixing the hole in my air conditioning tunnel and getting me the spray for my ceiling. It is rare to find someone who loves their job and does it so well. If you have any kind of animal problems, use this company . They are the best!

Evan came out to my home after I had already hired another rodent removal company. The first company was not responding or doing what I paid them to do. Evan took immediate ownership of my problem. Chris was very quick to respond to our request for service. He did a thorough job looking at the damage and looking for burrows. He set the traps where he thought the Armadillo was coming into the yard. An Armadillo was caught the first night the traps were in place. One and done! No recurrence during the 2 week trapping period.
