We hired House Solutions Services to repair a number of things in a rental home that was damaged by previous tenants. The repairs were substantial and we were very pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail throughout the entire process. Repairs entailed numerous repairs to sheet rock, and then painting. Also there were many other repairs throughout the home. Wood flooring damage and tile damages were beautifully repaired. Ceiling fans and light fixtures were repaired and some completely replaced requiring electrical work. Several doors and cabinets were replaced as well as trim work. Additionally plumbing and tile work in kitchen and bathrooms. All work was completed in a timely manner at very reasonable costs. We were beyond pleased with their work and have highly recommended them to others.
