Title Companies
As one of the Real Estate Brokers in the transaction I found this to be one of the poorest title companies I have ever worked with. None of my calls, messages or emails were returned. The Seller also was upset that her calls were not returned either! The day before closing I finally started calling every hour to talk with the processor about errors that were made. I finally was able to talk with her at 4 PM and finally receive a copy of the closing statement! This makes us (Realtors) look bad to our customers! It also took 2 days for her to send a closing statement to the out of town Listing Broker!
