flooring contractor
+ -1 moreThe guy installing was very rugged and unprofessional looking. Looked more like a bum than a quality contractor. But he did do an amazing install and I will use him in the future as a independent contractor. Now the young unprofessional Uneducated fella at the front desk needs to go to some Customer Service one on one classes. Very rude, cussing and yelling at customers over insights that they the company missed. Throwing in extra costs after a contract was written up...$92 for a 30" t-molding piece is pathetic especially when it was already discussed in the written contract as "Included".
