cable tv service
+ -1 moreIt took 3 weeks for the company to decide they could put cable service in my home even though the cable and a box run across the front of my property not 50' from the house. Once that issue was resolved, after several phone calls and a visit to the local licensed provider, it took 2 weeks to get an installation appointment. Then the installer never showerd up. I never received any courtesy phone call or explanation. They simply rescheduled my installation for 8 days later without even checking to see if I could be there. When I called to complain, no one I was able to talk to had any ability to rectify the problem. Then I decided to cancel the installation and wven that required 2 hours of my time waiting on hold!!
Description of Work: I made every attempt to use this service provider for hihg speed internet and cable television in my newly purchased home. I first contacted the company on the closing date. Finally, 1 month later, and still no service installed I cancelled my request for installation. Even the phone call I had to make to cancel installation took 2 hours of my time. This company has a monopoly on cable service in my area and this shows! I have never experienced such poor service from a national company.
