Toby was absolutely wonderful to work with over the life of the project. He was very knowledgeable about the building process, current building codes and the permitting/inspection process. Toby also hired, scheduled, and managed all of the subcontractors on the project, and I was very impressed with the subcontractors he recommended. The house had some unique architectural features that presented some challenges during the building process, but Toby came up with good resolutions, keeping my budget in mind. Toby was always pleasant, timely, and kept the project totally under control. The house was actually fun to build, unlike my previous homebuilding experience. I would highly recommend him!
