We add to this job a 10 Yr workmanship warranty.Estimates within Putnam County are free. Recovering without removing your old roof once is legal but not always recommended, it is also less expensive, We can offer several options in products and warranties. We just cannot say enough good about the owner, Wayne Bates, and his crew. I will say that they went above and beyond our expectations in every way.
One thing we found out is that they not only do roofing but are able to do carpentry as well so that is a real plus!
I will say that we had terrible weather but they worked around it the best they could, always putting safety first, and still were able to complete the job in a very timely manner.
We are very happy with the result!
