Vans had someone respond very quickly to give me an estimate. We scheduled the service, and everything went great. All of my dining chairs, couch and armchairs were cleaned, and they look amazing! I have used Vans in the past to clean my floors, this was the first time that I used them to clean my furniture and I am very happy. I will continue to use them in the future and will highly recommend them to everyone.

Appointment was easy and work was outstanding. You can trust their work. Special shout out to Ernie who completed the work professionally.

Great job, completed on time. Would not hesitate to use Vans for any of the several different services they offer.

Unfortunately, there was damage done to the carpet by using a rotary brush when it was requested this brush not be used. We wanted only a steam extraction done. There were no high traffic areas or issues since carpet was less than one year old. They used the brush and damaged the carpet. It was noticed immediately and Ernie said it would look better once the water was extracted. It didn't. He then said it will look better when dried. It didn't. He came back a few weeks later to look at the carpet and refunded the money I paid for the cleaning. He then started saying it was due to high traffic and a pet. I didn't have any issues prior to his cleaning. He saw it the day he did it. Even told me I should have gotten cheaper carpet. He said he looked online and saw this carpet should not have a brush used on it. He then stated next time he cleans the carpet, he won't use a brush. But the damage is already done. Tried to claim on his insurance and found out he is not insured for damaging carpet during his cleaning process. Definitely would not recommend.

Absolutely fantastic results! Made a 15 yr old white sofa well-used by grandchildren and cats look like new. White tile and grout sparkles. Delightful Ivy on the phone, highly professional and thorough Ernie - a great experience from beginning to end. Far superior to other services I’ve used. Highly recommend!

Ernie arrived exactly on time. Provided some necessary carpet education. He went to work and brightened our flax colored carpet to new. Process didn’t take as long as expected. Drying of semi-damp carpets took a couple of hours. We were told about that before cleaning. It was all a good experience and Van’s will be invited back again. Thank you Van’s Carpet Clean

Great! Ernie was very professional and made the suggestion to put a protective solution on the chair that I use most as I had a history of spilling. I've had furniture cleaned before and it took a LONG time to dry. No so with Van's service. The sofa was almost dry as soon as he left and the recliner some time later because of the extra coating. However, I was able to use both that evening.

I was so pleased with the service of Vans Carpet Cleaning. They showed up on time, made follow-up calls, were very pleasant to deal with, and my 3 vintage area rugs now look new again! They even send out a thank you card AND a box of gourmet brownies!!







This company is a model all other businesses should follow...would definitely recommend Vans to anyone wanting a perfect job well done.

Had a good experience with Van's, both in the scheduling and the actual work performed.  You can get it done cheaper, but you can't get it done better.  Our carpets had not been professionally cleaned in over a decade, and now they look and feel terrific.  The carpets were only damp when he finished, and they were bone dry by dinner.  He was punctual; walked me through his process, then went to work.  I would recommend Van's and will use them again.

Ernie is always punctual and efficient.  Cleaning service is excellent.  We have in twice a year and no plans to change.
