Exterior Painting
Not good. He was hired to use elastomeric paint and two coats. He did not use the paint requested (which I did not discover till the end) nor did he apply two coats. He tried to convince me two coats was a spray coat and then taking a roller and rolling over it. No additional paint was applied with the roller. When I request a new price based on the service I received and the product I got, he threatened with lawyer, small claims court and lien on my house. I wonder now if he even applied the sealer as contract states. Not impressed with this contractor.
