"Thank you for your review. I'm not sure I understand what is going on with this review. It looks like you gave us all B's except the overall grade is a D. It looks like we did give you an estimate for relining your chimney. All inserts should have a direct, or positive connection to the chimney flue. If they do not it is a code violation, and a safety hazard. I'm not sure who you paid to have this done, as it was not our company. When we were at your home you approved the repair, and had us schedule an appointment. We ordered all of the materials for the job, and called to confirm the appointment the day before the repairs were to be done. You cancelled the repairs the day before. This was 2 years ago. We were kind and professional through the entire process. If I can help you in any way please give us a call."

"Good Morning, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately when it comes to Chimney Swifts there really is not much we can do. Chimney swifts are a federally protected migratory bird, and by law we can not touch them. Even if it means we have to wait a couple of weeks for them to mature. You initially contacted up 4/13, and we had appointments that were offered as soon as 4/24. You chose 5/22, and we were there on your chosen day. We ordered the part, and made it back out less than a week after receiving your part. We did have to reschedule on your install day because there were birds in the chimney. It was unexpected, and I could certainly understand your frustration. We believe that it was in our best interest to refund you your deposit for repair. Situations like this are far and few between and we certainly didn't wish this upon you. We have been servicing the Gulf Cost since 2014 and will continue to help those in need of our services throughout our service area."
