After installation of shutters, I could readily see all cross bar part of the windows where the locks are located.  They turned all shutters upside down and reinstalled.  That seem to work.  The large shutters covering my two slides have no finishing sides on them.  Requested they be installed.  Work never perform.  Sides of the cornices keep falling off located on top of slides.  Some were corrected but not all.  The connected sides are very flimsy.  Some shutters are now chipping and are very hard to close or open.  Phone calls and letter did not bring full correction.  The person installing the shutters gave me the impression that he was learning on the job.
