Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish. My old air conditioner stopped working at the end of a very hot day in June. I called One Hour Heating and Air and just like they advertise they were at my house in under 60 minutes. They were able to determine that my old air conditioner was leaking coolant and they refilled it appropriately to get me back up and running temporarily and their recommendation was to get a new unit which I knew I had to do as we had the other one for almost 20 years. They were able to order me a brand new Goodman AC unit and have it installed in less than one week. They also gave me a full credit for the coolant I had put in on the first visit to use towards the purchase of the new AC system. I did get a quote from a few other companies and One Hour Heating and Air offered a much lower price than their competitors. The company manager was in touch with me throughout the whole process and technicians completed the job quickly!Highly recommend

I have used a lot of forgettable A/C companies over the years; One Hour here in The Villages is not one of them! Their service and knowledge along with their attention to detail is as memorable as they come. I discovered One Hour after a disappointing service call with another company in town. One of my neighbors told me to give One Hour a call and that I wouldn?t be sorry. He was right! Customer for life right here. Thanks guys!

This company was AWSOME! They came out installed some new duct work and modified my A/C with a UV light. The Air is cleaner is feels a lot less stuffy. HIGHLY RECOOMENDED. Shout out to Tim for his amazing job explaining everything. I couldn’t find a business that I’d promote more.
