+ -1 moreWe had agreed that Don would start on Monday morning. I checked in over the weekend by email and didn't hear back so I assumed that all was moving forward with the job and we would start in the morning. 8:30 and Don was still a no-show so I placed a call. Nothing! I placed another call at 9:00 - still nothing. 4:30pm and still not even a call back. I should have known that Don and Yellow Dog were going to be trouble when he dragged his feet on creating a contract or following up to schedule a start time or even a follow-up to ensure we were ready to start. He provided all sorts of excuses for why he had been out of touch - he was out of town, he had to fire a foreman, he couldn't trust his helpers. Steer clear of Don - he over promises and under delivers and worst off he has an inability to communicate with his clients.
