Water's Edge Pool Supply

Terrible. We hired Water’s Edge to resurface the pool, new tile, new LED light, heater, remote control for pool filter and pump, remove old French drain and install new wider one, install pavers and coping, and install a handrail. The pebble tech was spilled all over the yard killing the grass and coating vegetables in the garden leaving them inedible, coating the black fence and garage door leaving it blue with lumps in the driveway The light was not installed properly so half the pool drained and required refilling. Our fountain no longer works properly. Screens in the pool enclosure are torn. Doors to the screen enclosure no longer work correctly or close well. There are no holes for our child safety fence. After completing all of this, Rav suddenly states they don’t seal the pavers. It would have been elan extra line item. Really? Because there is no line item for grouting and sealing tiles in the pool. Now Rav and Waters Edge won’t return our calls nor fix the damages

They are very thorough and they call ahead to make sure the appointment is okay.

Water's Edge Pool Supply left the work space mess. They left debris all over the yard like rusty nails, cracked tile, and fittings from the old pool pump. On the pool deck there were spots of mortar that I can't get off.  When I brought this grievance to them they didn't pay any attention to it and were non responsive.  My next step is small claims court. 

During the process of obtaining estimates, I contacted a company with good ratings on Angie's List. I already had 3 estimates, but I felt I needed another. The owner returned my call, and after conversation about what I was looking for, he indicated that my job was too small, since most of his business was building new pools and major renovations.
He referred me to Water's Edge Renovations, who he uses for the plaster work. He said that they are reputable and the owner Rav Sidhu would be worth speaking with.
I was pleased to discover that this was a company that primarily did pool refinishing, has their own crew and equipment. So, I would be dealing directly, and not paying a contractor to hire a subcontractor. Rav came out and provided a very competitive quote. We went out to his shop in Oviedo the next day, and made material and color selections and signed the contract.
The following week, they drained the pool, and completed the work. The whole job took a week as promised.
All of his employees were knowledgeable and very courteous.
During the major plaster day, one of the workers drove his truck on the yard, and broke a sprinkler valve. Jim, the construction supervisor assured me that the repair would be handled promptly. It required a couple of visits to get it right, but I was satisfied with how things were handled. Also, there was a issue with some mottling that appeared in one of the steps. Rav solved the problem the next day with some extra muriatic acid. 
Bottom line, everything looks great, and all work was done as promised.

The quality was very poor. There are ripples in the bottom of the pool. They knocked the light out and did not fix it until after I called about it. A leak was there as soon as the pool was resurfaced.

They do a fine job. They are always courteous and helpful. We have never had any problems with them. We used to go into the store and they were very nice there too. They taught us how to use everything in our pool and have done upgrades on it.

Once they are there, it's great. However, the first pool school apptointment was a no-show with no phone call. I called to reschedule. The owner came out, looked at the pool and told us to put more water in it and he'd be back. A few days later he came back, and we needed parts to be replaced. The work was done when he said it would be, but trying to get this pool school scheduled was difficult during the busy pool season. Once the owner ''schooled'' us, it was thorough and informative. If you have time, this place is excellent, but it took many appointments and almost three weeks to get our pool up and running.

They came out when I was at work and installed the motor. I was greatful that I did not have to be here. They were prompt, and followed up with me to make sure everything was working ok.

Water's Edge Pool took care of the maintenance of our pool before and after we moved in to our house. I feel for what they did each week it was worth the $85 per month. We still use them for water testing and call them for servicing if we have a problem.
