Ultimate Image Land Care is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. They currently handle the landscaping needs for my community and one of their employees scratched my significant other’s vehicle with their blower. This was not the first time we’ve noticed scratches on her vehicle, but luckily this time it was captured on video! From the video, it appeared to be an accident by the landscaper, but when you have an accident, you still must rectify the situation. Based on my video evidence, I figured this matter would be resolved promptly. To my surprise, this company has yet to resolve the matter from an incident which occurred almost 5 months ago! Upon realizing the damage resulting from the landscaping company, I reached out to my HOA to inform them of the incident by providing the video evidence and pictures of the scratches. After several months of back and forth, I eventually was informed I had to contact the vendor directly. Finally, in October I was able to speak with a supervisor by the name of Ryan regarding this incident. I assumed the supervisor would be very apologetic and would resolve the situation quickly, but boy was a I wrong. From the very start of our phone conversation, Ryan was defensive and dismissive of the quote we provided him. He provided analysis of the quote as he was skeptical of the work that needed to be done to restore the vehicle back to its original state. Please keep in mind, we received 2 quotes and the one we provided Ultimate was cheaper by about 40%. When I asked Ryan if he was an autobody specialist, he said “no, but I have lot of common sense.” Apparently “common sense” is not applicable when Ryan is dealing with his customers. He continued to attempt to berate me to which I promptly ended our conversation. Based on my experience and the plethora of complaints from my neighbors regarding Ultimate Image Land Care’s service, I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere for your landscaping needs.

I hired this company to maintain my lawn while I would be living out of state. Upon returning home after approximately a year I discovered that they had done extensive string trimmer damage to my pool screen enclosure, cutting out the bottoms of the majority of the bottom panels. My repair costs were close to $300. The owner refused to acknowledge any responsibility or reimburse me for the damage. Instead the owner advised that he would no longer service my property. I strongly recommend that you avoid this company.

THE SERVICE IS EXCELLENT AND WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FAMILY RUN BUSINESS. OTHER THAN MOWING WE HAVE HAD MULCH DELIVERED, PALM TREES TRIMMED AND SOD DELIVERED. YOU GET A GOOD SERVICE AT A FAIR PRICE.
