William Upshaw (Bill) from The Master Painter Enterprise in Casselberry/Oviedo mislead us to believe he could clean and stain our brick pavers. It took him 6 weeks, he left the job in a mess and refused to refund our money. We have since filed a claim with the courts. Do not hire him !!
