Perfectly. Stevens provided a printed schedules with the work itinerary and provided all info needed for every part of the project. No surprises. Best experience ever.

He had a greeter at the front door who knew nothing about cabinets. We are just starting our project and have exact measurements of what kind of bathroom cabinet we need. When asked about our choices of the cabinets they may have for us, the girl said it depends on our budget. She then said tell us what your budget is and we will tell you which cabinet is best. When asked about the difference between hardwood and MDF, all she could tell us was that one was cheaper. When asked if we could speak to someone else, we were told Steven was there but was working on another project and would not speak to us. She told us to make an appointment to sit down with him sometime to talk. I was quite disappointed as I was referred there by another business and called ahead to make sure they were open and until what time. If you're open on a Saturday if you have a showroom be prepared to discuss a possible clients project. Don't just have someone standing in front showing me your display. I can get that in a big box store. As we left I noticed there was a cabinet and tile store down the way, and stopped in there instead. I had an approximate price on my cabinet needed in approximately 10 minutes.

Note that I rated price and quality above based on the detailed bid that I received and the opportunity I had to see other work performed by Stevens Kitchens. 

Steven came to my home as scheduled to discuss and help with planning a complete remodeling of my kitchen.  I was impressed with his attention to detail and his excellent communication.  He spent a great deal of time taking measurements and asking questions to help with the design.  He also suggested I review a new (beautiful) kitchen he had remodeling for my neighbor two doors down from me.  Steve worked with me in person, via phone and email, and his staff at his showroom in Oviedo were very helpful.  Making the final decision on who to select from the top two of three bid requests was extremely difficult for me.   Steve's bid was one of the two finalists, and I spent an extra weekend going back and forth with my decision.  I am certain if had chosen Steve's bid, I would have been very happy with the result.  I chose the other bid for two reasons:  I had worked with the other contractor before, and his bid was lower.   The designs were different, and I liked Steve's design better.   However, in the end, price won out.  I will be getting a little less than I would have with Steve, but I am also confident that I will be happy with the result. (I  hope I made the better decision for myself.)  At the same time, I would highly recommend Stevens Kitchens to anyone planning a kitchen remodeling.  He is wonderful to work with and his designs and final results for others (that I saw) were beautiful.

All went very well. We were able to log on to their website and keep track of all the changes we had made. We also communicated and scheduled appointments through the website. The estimate was clear and detailed, so we knew the exact amount owed when the job was complete. The team at Stevens Kitchens was very professional and always followed up if there was any kind of question or schedule delay. They were also very responsive to any questions that we had. The design was creative and they did a great job of coming up with suggestions to make the kitchen perfect for our needs.

We could not be happier with the work done on our kitchen. We met with James and told him of the major changes we wanted to make in addition to new everything. Although he seemed surprised about my idea of replacing 2 islands with one pie shaped island, he made it work! To stay within our budget we did not go with top of the line cabinets and James was very helpful in making suggestions. But the cabinets are of excellent quality. James met us at the granite yard and showed extreme patience with us as we felt like kids in a candy store. We were given a schedule by Gennie that explained who would be at the house and what they would be doing. They coordinated with the tile installer we hired. We felt like all these guys were family and the work was actually completed ahead of schedule!!! Like any major renovation, there were a couple of minor concerns that were taken care of to our satisfaction. We will be calling Stevens for a bathroom remodel next year, meanwhile I'm enjoying my beautiful kitchen.

The design process was seamless. We made a few enhancements to the plan, made the order and everything went exactly according to the schedule. I am extremely happy with the design and the quality of the cabinetr--and with Stevens Kitchens.

Contractor came in and gave me a reasonable estimate for the amount of work being done. Ordered cabinets and made a template of counter top.
Removed all old cabinets, sink, counter top, splash guard, etc.
Replaced cabinets, under sink pipes, double sink, s picket hardware, knobs for cabinets, etc.
All work was done in a timely manner. Everything was done as agreed. They were very professional and I would use them again.

Beginning to finish, we loved working with Stevens Kitchens. Steve was so helpful from the beautiful design to the finish work!

They were very professional and timely. I did not go with them but I would definitely recommend them.

Our kitchen presented a unique challenge - it is in the shape of a triangle.
We met with Steve and were so impressed with his willingness to and quot;think outside of the boxand quot;. He listened to us, took our ideas and within days had a plan for our kitchen that was exactly what we wanted and more!
Stevens Kitchens handled all the subs. We only had to handle purchasing the tile and appliances, and Genny in Steve's office handled letting those companies know when to deliver! We were provided a calender, so we knew daily who would be arriving and Genny or Glen let us know if there were any changes to the schedule. If we had a problem it was handled immediately. Our kitchen, start to finish took less than 6 weeks to complete (and that's with a holiday thrown in!) and it is gorgeous.
Not only was the staff at Steven's Kitchens great to work with, but every sub we dealt with was courteous and professional. Our kitchen came in within the time promised and on budget. I've already recommended them to several people.
