+ -1 moreOh my gosh, it was awful. I have leaks to this day that have come through my primary home and ruined the drywall in my laundry room. He did send a guy out to fix the first leak, but when the second one occurred he never showed back up. I have even gone to his home and he has never come back. I had to pay another guy $500 to repair the current leak.
Description of Work: I had Ken Schoening do two roofs for me on two separate homes in the Oviedo area. One of the homes was our rental home in Alafaya Woods. At that property he also did repairs on the ceilings and applied a knock down on the ceilings.
