Oh my gosh, it was awful. I have leaks to this day that have come through my primary home and ruined the drywall in my laundry room. He did send a guy out to fix the first leak, but when the second one occurred he never showed back up. I have even gone to his home and he has never come back. I had to pay another guy $500 to repair the current leak.
