Robin Roskowski

When moving to Florida we sought a realtor originally from the NY area who could relate to our NJ lifestyle. We found Robin Roskowski, from Weichert, who as it turns out had lived only a few towns away from us in NJ. We described the type of residence we were interested in and without delay Robin tracked down all the listings, eliminated the homes that weren't suitable, and arranged for us to come visit. We only had a few days and Robin didn't waste any of our time. Most importantly ... she listened. If we had an objection to a type of home she never took us to see that type of home again. We've bought a number of homes through the years and dealing with realtors has typically been the worst part. Not so with Robin. Our experience was professional throughout. Robin even had a slide show put together for the house she thought we might buy so we could see it before we decided to fly down for a second visit. Right she was. My wife loved it as did I and the process went very smoothly from then on. Robin held our hand and acted as our eyes in Florida as she guided us through the closing. I highly recommend working with Robin if you're considering a move in central Florida.
