Being old enough to have seen some abuses in this field, I was pleasantly surprised at the precision provided on what is supposed to be a 1-2-3 job. No hassle or fuss. And, this..an opportunity presented itself for the business operator to really take advantage of an unaccompanied mature female. This occurred twice. Instance one,: A leaking radiator cap was causing boil over and loss of cooling fluid. There are many out there who would have sold this lady a new water pump, hoses and thermostat. These folks saw the problem as a leaky radiator cap and replaced it. The other was a bad C-V joint. which was fixed without a great deal of fuss.
Just an up-lifting experience.
