Oviedo glass just did a whole house window replacement for us and did a great job. They had the best price out of the four estimates we got, they were easy to work with, and went above and beyond in several ways. Their installers were clean, professional, friendly and punctual and the windows look great.

Mark came out and gave us an estimate for 2 customer mirrors in our Master Suite.  He made some good recommendations.  He was prompt and professional.  They gave us an estimated timeframe, which Mark called before to let us know he was on his way.  The mirrors turned out beautiful!  We were so happy with their work we asked for an estimate to replace windows.

The work was excellent; they were professional and courteous. I always try to support our local merchants whenever possible and this company was a pleasure to deal with.

Oviedo glass was very helpful. We needed it done rather quickly prior to the Thanksgiving holiday for guests that were going to be staying with us. The installation went well and the glass enclosure is beautiful.

Oviedo glass was very helpful in helping us pick out the perfect shower door for our master bathroom. They were very professional and very pleasant to work with. We will definately use them again in the future.

First class outfit! Really good. They didn't even ask for a deposit. When they delivered the doors the doors were fine but the screens weren't, so they ordered a replacement screen and didn't ask for a dollar until the work was complete which impressed me. Also, because we have an older home, modifications were needed to make the doors fit and they went ahead and made those without us having to ask them to.

No problems at all.
I provided basic scetches of Glass edges we desired, they took it and ran with it.
They offered help and assistance further finish, as well as loading and unloading.
Prices compared favorably with what i could find in the area, and, actually, Oveido Glass charged a bit less.
Highly recommended.

They couldn't have been more professional. They showed up on time. Their follow up was immediate. There specs were accurate. The price never changed. They made some slight changes in the middle of the job which was completely hassle free. They even called us to tell me that they were going to be just five minutes late. The workers were neat and clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I couldn't find one bad thing to say about them.

First of all, they were ethical and they knew what they were doing, and they gave me a good price. When doing the job, they went the extra mile to make sure they installed the doors properly because my previous doors has been installed wrong.
I had a good feeling about this company from the beginning of the project to the end and was not disappointed. I would recommend this company.

Overall I was pleased with the process I really didnt have any issues with Randy the owner like the other review. Randy is surly not a suit and tie guy nor someone I would call a professional salesman but he down to earth and someone you can talk to and I felt he was fair and was telling me the truth. Randy did do a rather large job for me and I am pleased with the results except for the 10 X 8 slider (he is currently working with us to fix the problem). We had estimates from several companies to include Home Depot. Everyone stating their window was the best thing since sliced bread. Oviedo glass came in about 50% to 30% cheaper. At the time if I would've had Angies list and read the results I probably wouldn't have hired them but I must I am pleased with the windows they installed and with the process. Randy made every effort to install rooms first that we wanted because of the cold weather. They were met with several problems where I feel some other companies wouldve charged me extra for example when removing the old windows, it was found they were buried in several inches of stucco they used 100lbs of stucco alone on my front windows with no extra charge. Randy was also installing windows with this crew, most sales folks/owners you never see after they make the sale. Randy asked for half of the cost upfront and half after completion. They installed PGT windows and I know they are not the top of the line of replacement windows but they do the job and must be built to the stand standards for the low-E rating. The only thing I would change is I wouldve not bought PGT Sliders the screen doors are very cheap and poorly made. Sad to have such a strong double pane window and the screen door is basically crap. This is a very poor quality slider that PGT makes not Oviedo Glass. (The doors were removed and installed properly) I would hope in the future Oviedo Glass does not offer PGT Sliders to folks. Overall it was a good experience, sale/contract was good, install was fast once the windows arrived from the factory, every window was caulked and stuccoed in where needed and since then Randy has been back 3 times to make adjustments or fixes with no questions asked.

HORRIBLY! The Owner, Randy Waltz INSISTED HE BE PAID IN FULL upon delivery of the windows--not upon installation as we requested. He stated repeatedly that "IF ANYTHING IS WRONG WITH THE WINDOWS, I WILL MAKE IT RIGHT." He insisted we pay him in full. When it came time to install the windows, we discovered the windows that were ordered -- by HIS MEASUREMENTS -- were the wrong size. They did not match his measurement sheet. He REFUSED to make it right. He simply refused. Period, end of story. Our general contractor asked him to demonstrate how he "pops the window out and pops the window back in" [what he promised was the case] so we could essentially prove that the windows would not fit without significant jerry-rigging. He again REFUSED. Furthermore he LIED and told the contractor that we told him to order the wrong size. Why would we do that? We have no idea how to order windows -- that is why we hired him. We stated that we paid him in good faith that we wanted him to KEEP HIS WORD that he would "make things right" if we had a problem. He said, "There is nothing wrong with the windows." Again we reminded him that we paid you in full so we have no recourse but to take you to court. He said, "Okay. I am too busy to deal with this." The windows did not even match HIS OWN measurements that he provided to us. We also learned that he OVER CHARGED us per window between $70 and $100. He got extremely hostile when talking with the contractor and threatened violence if he were ever to see him again. Furthermore, we paid the owner to install three door window panels. We paid him for the installation. He delivered them and told me that the contractor told him that he was going to install him. This was NEVER the case. We scheduled for him to install the windows on 10/27/10 and to meet us at 8:30 AM. I arrived at 8:35 AM. When I called him at 9:15 AM he stated that he left at 8:32 AM because he is very busy. He was ALWAYS late for every single scheduled appointment but yet this time he was on time? The owner, Randy, is flighty, abusive, and dishonest. I would NOT recommend this business.

Estimator was late and I had to call him to find out where he was. He was on the wrong side of town looking for our neighborhood. Once he showed up, he was very unprofessional.

They did a good job of removing the mirrors without ripping up the wall. The glass top was cut exactly how I wanted it. The pricing was pretty fair. I know that they are a little bit more expensive than other companies but they did a good job and finished on time.
