ALWAYS the best company. I would never call anybody else. This company had served me so excellently for so many years, I just can't say enough about them. They always respond quickly, they are so nice and so professional and knowledgeable about everything water and well service. We have great water even though we are on a well and whenever something goes wrong, Neese is ALWAYS there the same day to fix it. If I could give more stats than the most stars, I would!

Excellent same day service to repair my well. The holding tank failed and I had no water. They came out the same day called, actually within a few hours, and had me up and running that day. It went great even though it was short notice just before the Christmas weekend. With a single phone call and a photograph of the pump sent to them on my cell phone, Bill and David came the same afternoon and replaced the pump. They obviously knew what they were doing and did an excellent job in a short amount of time. They were on time, professionable and personable. I definitely recommend them highly and should I ever have any irrigation problems in the future, they will be who I call. BTW, I found them using Angie's List where they had excellent ratings (I can see why) and here's another A+.

As part of the conversation with Tony, I decided to replace an upgrade my pump (from 1HP to 1.5HP). His son and nephew were very nice. They did not mind all of my my questions and even provided some helpful information about plans I had for my well and filter for the future. Problem ended up being debris in the pump's back-flow valve. They did a neat job of replacing the controller box (rusted out) and the pressure switch that I already had on hand. Even covered up the mounting holes on the controller box to try and keep the ants and other critters out of it. Used 5% Angie's list coupon.

It went well.  They removed the old plastic pump from Home Depot that we had purchased and installed ourselves a couple years back, and replaced it with a solid metal pump that is VERY QUIET compared to what we had.  It works great!

Tony's team was fantastic, the bid was more reasonable than others that provided quotes and Neese has a good understanding of drilling in and around christmas, fl. They quoted me for 100ft well, ended up going down to 128ft, refused to take any more money for the additional depth. We assessed the plumbing and it was a mess, the water softener guy installed the water softener in the wrong place and the filter wasn't in the proper order either, we got that all replumbed. We now have fantastic clean water at high pressure. Even the water coming directly from the pump before filtration is crystal clear, no sand, no sulphur or smell. They also provided capping of the existing well and an old well that wasn't properly closed in the quote. We ended up finding two additional wells. All 4 were filled and capped to code at no extra charge.
They were friendly, prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend these guys again. They took the time to explain the differences between 4" vs 2" wells, the different levels of earth and the kinds of water we'd find at various depths. These guys know their stuff, especially around the christmas area.

Tony quoted me a price based an his estimate of a well 200-220 deep. He wound up going to 250' but refused to charge me for the extra 30' feet. It took a few days longer than it should because Tony was called to an emergency repair job for someone who was without water, however I had no problem with that considering that he was responding to a customers urgent request and I considered that a demonstration of his dedication to his customers. All work was completed as advertised and we are very happy with the job they did. I would not hesitate to use Tony Neese again.

We called 3 Well and Pump service companies and we received the best price as well as friendly customer service. They came out the same day we called and they were  able to complete the job in a very timely manner. Bobby and Charlie were the guys who completed the job and they were very professional as well as considerate of our neighbors property since they had to park their truck on their driveway in order to reach our well. We will certainly call this company again if we need to.

They arrived on time and checked the pump for defects. It was decided that the water level was very low. Needed drop another pipe to get more water. They had to leave to pick up a well tip. Came back in record time and dropped the pipe, found water and had my irrigation system ready to go. They were awesome. They even cleaned the filter on my water softener. Would definitely use this company again and refer to all.

My well pump went out again, and this company is exceptional. They’re very responsive and wonderful to deal with. They did a great job.
