Luis was punctual, prepared and was honest about what needed to be done. He even installed a different valve than what came with the RO system because his was better. His pricing was fair and he didn't try to up-sell me like a few other plumbers tried.

Luis Velez and his team did a super job when servicing my water softener system and also my osmosis water filtering system. Quick response time, very friendly and excellent fast service at very reasonable prices. They also offered options to make the repairs needed. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend MyAguaTech to anybody and I am glad I found an excellent company for when I need service in the future.

The company that installed the water softener was a plumbing company and obviously did not know much about water soften other than installing them. Luis checked the water and told me that the water softener was set for 25 grains, the hardness of well water. I have city water of only 14 grains. Wasted a lot of salt and water. He cleaned the electronics part, emptied the salt brine, cleaned the brine container and then replaced the salt. $89. included the cost of the salt. This is my first water softener and Luis explained things to me that the installer would not or could not. I asked him to install a reverse osmosis filer in my kitchen so the next day he came by and did that. In addition to giving me the manufacturer's manual, he explained its working to me. $600. I will have Luis maintain both items with annual cleaning and replacement of filters in the r/o filter.

It has been 2 weeks since the new system was installed and I could not be happier. The system works great and is a lot easier to deal with than my old Culligan one since it does not require chorine. The sulfur smell is totally gone and the water is super soft. In addition, I am very satisfied with the customer service provided. First, they were never pushy to sale their product. Secondly, the installation people were punctual, worked fast, hard, and were very courteous. Third, they called to follow up on the product and to check on my satisfaction level. From now on I hope to keep working only with the Aquatech people, they are great. Thank you guys…
