We used them for our new home very unprofessional starting from the call taker Charmaine, you canâ t get a word in, she overtalks and does NOT take a breath to listen to the customer . She refused to deal with an issue and has caused more of a problem now. We had to search the owner online Emily . This is a very unscrupulous shady company . Would not recommend . The appliance man did not properly diagnose or fix the issue . Zero stars if I could do . We left multiple calls and did not hear back . If you want to give away your money for nothing give it to a worthy cause not this establishment . Terrible.

I am glad to see some good reviews on here. Mine was terrible. They were the first to call me and I had a leak in the washer. They came out and diagnosed, and said they called me for approval but I did not answer (no calls on my call log...?) Then a day later I called back to approve and schedule the repair. The person on the phone (must have been an answering service) said they would be out the next day to look at it. I gave her all of the info that it already had been diagnosed and needed parts and who the repair person was. The next day they sent someone else to diagnose the problem. Really? Then they left the machine taken apart and took the tub back to the shop. (yes, I have a picture of it left in pieces). Heard nothing. I called after getting back from a weeks vacation in which I thought the repair would have already been complete, and they had to **look** for my paperwork and said **oh yeah, it is not repairable** How long was I to wait for this news? Then, they send me the **diagnostic fee** to be paid in my email. I guess I owe them $89. Sad day when you have to pay for service like that. Be careful.

Tried to repair an Ice Maker on a Samsung Refrigerator and could not make the repair. Service men came out 6 times and still could not get it right.

Installed Appliance perfectly and quickly and cleaned up after they finished.

Technician Jason was very professional and i.d.' the problem almost immediately. The cost was very reasonable for the work performed. Will always call next time when necessary.

This company has customer service down to a science! They send a picture of the technician the day before and he calls you 20 minutes before arriving. Diagnosed & did repair quick & painless. I can’t really comment on pricing, since I didn’t have time to shop around, but it seemed fair
