We contacted Local 6 Problem Solvers about this issue. Morrison Homes was incredibly dishonest with Local 6 - lied to them and told them I had already appeared on Channel 13 complaining about them and was badmouthing them before they cancelled. This was proven to be untrue, and was a complete LIE. I have all the documentation to prove that Morrison Homes is a very disreputable company who you should not ever deal with. All the way up through their corporate office, they continued to lie, bully, and threaten until Local 6 dropped the story. BEWARE of doing business with this company. They showed no concern for the fact that we were closing on the sale of our home in 20 days and they were effectively leaving us homeless. The lot we had was, and is, not properly graded and I would not be surprised to see a complaint from the person who wound up buying it.
